Data we collect
- Account details: your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account ID.
- Content you create: character images you upload, the text you write and the videos generated.
- Purchase details: credit and subscription history. Your payment details stay with Google Play and never reach us.
- Technical details: IP address and device type, kept for a limited time for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use data
To open and protect your account, create the videos you ask for, keep your credit balance and run the service securely. Your uploaded files, the text you write and the generated videos are checked automatically on our own servers for compliance with the content rules; they are not sent to another company for this.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. It is only shared with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (servers, storage, email delivery).
Reports
The reports you send from the app (reason and optional note) are kept only to run the service and prevent abuse, and are not shared with anyone.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is deleted. See the Delete Account page for details.
