Delete Account

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time.

This text is a draft and will be updated before launch.

From the app

  1. Open the Episodream app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion of your account and data starts immediately.

Without the app

If you can’t access the app, send an email with the subject “Account deletion” from the email address registered to your account to [email protected]. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your email address and account details
  • Images you uploaded, text you wrote and videos generated
  • Your remaining credit balance and your sessions

What may be kept

Due to legal obligations, purchase records may be kept for the period required by law.
